From May 7–11, 2018, the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University will hold its annual five-day Natural Remedies & Hydrotherapy Workshop in the Seminary building (Tan Hall), room N150.

Participants of the workshop will learn the power of natural remedies and hydrotherapy; practical ways to implement natural remedies and hydrotherapy; and how to effectively share these principles with others.

Church leaders do many things to safeguard and grow the church. They organize and lead evangelistic programs, install building alarms to prevent theft and mount re extinguishers in various areas of the church.

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) has recognized Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, Md., for its demonstrated expertise and commitment in treating patients who come to the hospital’s cardiac catheterization lab for care. Shady Grove earned Cardiac Cath Lab Accreditation with PCI in January based on a rigorous onsite study of the staff’s ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients. Shady Grove is the only hospital in the Northeast and one of only two hospitals in the U.S. to hold this accreditation.

Tumor genome sequencing is now available at Kettering Adventist HealthCare, based in Dayton, Ohio, for patients with an advanced form of the disease as part of a national, industry-sponsored study by Strata Oncology, a precision oncology company.

Kettering Adventist HealthCare is one of only eight sites in the country and the only one in Ohio to offer this unique tumor profiling and clinical trial to advanced cancer patients.
