At the core of the Seventh-day Adventist Church’s educational system is the belief that every individual should have the opportunity to study, grow, and develop God-given talents. The Adventist Church educates over 1.1 million students in nearly 6,000 schools, colleges, and universities—making it the largest unified Protestant educational system in the world. In the Columbia Union, there are 109 elementary and secondary schools and two colleges.
